How do I know which service my watch needs?

Bring the watch in or describe its behaviour to us — we will assess it and recommend the most appropriate level of care. A light service suits a watch that keeps reasonable time but has not been cleaned in a few years. A full service is more appropriate when timing is inconsistent or the movement feels sluggish.

How long will the work take?

A Refresh & Clean typically takes under two weeks. A Complete Service runs around three weeks. Dial and Movement Restoration, which involves coordination with a specialist, takes five to eight weeks. We will give you a realistic timeline when we assess your watch and keep you informed of any changes.

What brands and types of watches do you work on?

We work on most mechanical and automatic movements, including Swiss and Japanese calibres. Please contact us with the brand and reference so we can confirm before you come in — for some highly specialised movements or very recent calibres, we may recommend a manufacturer service centre.

What happens if something unexpected is found during the service?

We stop and tell you. If we open a movement and find a worn part or hidden damage, we will contact you, explain what we have found, and ask how you would like to proceed. Nothing additional is done without your agreement, and the watch can be returned in its current state if you prefer.

Can I send a watch from outside Phuket?

Yes — we accept watches sent by registered post or courier from elsewhere in Thailand. Please contact us first to discuss packaging and the service you have in mind. We will provide our address and guidance on safe posting. Return shipping is arranged at your cost, and we will handle the watch carefully on our end.

How are the prices structured — are there additional costs?

The listed service prices cover the labour and standard consumables (oils, greases, seals). Parts such as a replacement mainspring, crystal, or crown are quoted separately and always discussed with you before ordering. We aim to keep the full picture clear from the start.
